For almost 40 years, I’ve had the joy of helping people feel more confident in their smiles. Dentistry is more than what I do — it’s what I love. I enjoy getting to know my patients, hearing their stories, and working together to create results that look and feel natural. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone leave my office smiling a little brighter than when they came in.
My Story
Dr. Gurley’s journey in dentistry began in the U.S. Army, where he proudly served as a Captain and dentist while stationed in Stuttgart, Germany. After completing his service, he earned his dental degree from the University of Tennessee. Those early experiences not only strengthened his clinical skills but also shaped his dedication to helping people feel confident in their smiles.
Now rooted in Alpharetta, Dr. Gurley lives with his wife, Tracie, their four children, and a happy crew of dogs, horses, donkeys, and chickens. Beyond dentistry, he has a deep passion for astrophotography and enjoys capturing the beauty of the night sky. He also loves building Lego car models, many of which are proudly displayed in his office.
