Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid an $85 fee.

Delivering the best care to you is our priority, and that’s why we have a cancellation policy in place that we kindly ask for your cooperation with.

Cancellation or No-Show

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call or text 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in an $85 cancellation fee. You will be considered a “No-Show” if you miss your appointment without providing proper notice.

Late Arrivals

Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment, so please arrive at the time of your scheduled visit. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
