What insurances do we accept?
We are an out-of-network provider, but we are able to submit claims to all insurance plans on your behalf. Reimbursement depends on your individual out-of-network benefits. If you are unsure of your coverage, we recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm your out-of-network benefits.
What is an Out of Network provider?
“Out-of-network” means the doctor or clinic does not have a contract with your insurance company.
Because of that:

Your insurance may pay less, or may not pay at all

You may be responsible for a larger portion of the bill

Payments from insurance often go directly to you, not the provider
