Our North Atlanta cosmetic dentistry office is not a "CLINIC" environment . Our dental office is a warm friendly environment located in Alpharetta, Georgia. We schedule time for YOU exclusively. We do not have the doctor and staff running from chair to chair.

Whenever you have ANY question about your dentistry treatment or dental insurance, we encourage you to call our Northern Atlanta, Georgia office. This is especially true if you have any post-treatment questions or problems, sensations, questions about medicines, or instructions. We would rather take time early to resolve questions or post-treatment concerns rather than waiting until a bigger problem may develop.

PAYMENT and INSURANCE
Our cosmetic dentistry office accepts most insurance plans. We are not a "capitation" office.

In order for us to file your claim, we ask that you bring your dental forms and your dental insurance or company dental plan informational booklet or brochure with you to your first visit. Normally, we can then estimate your insurance benefits. Most patients bring a half dozen forms which we keep with your records for greater convenience and use as needed. We file electronically. We expect payment of deductibles and co-payments at the time of service.

Keep in mind that no dental insurance company pays all dental costs. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures; others pay a percentage of our fees. We will make every effort to help you receive your maximum legal insurance benefits; however, your insurance is a contract between YOU and the insurance company, not us. Learn and understand your insurance benefits (we will help). Many low-grade dental insurances seem as if they are deliberately misleading. Final responsibility for your dental care costs, however, are yours.
